Who operates Voxora

Voxora is operated by GEG Ventures LLC dba Voxora. This policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled when you use the Voxora website, app, and related services.

Information you provide

We may process account information, business profile details, website information, brand preferences, content drafts, uploaded or generated media, support communications, billing-related account information, and information you choose to connect from supported social platforms.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and improve Voxora, personalize Brand Brain and content features, maintain account security, provide customer support, process authorized billing, and operate connected publishing or analytics features when enabled.

AI processing

Some Voxora features use third-party AI services to generate or transform content. Information needed for a requested AI task may be transmitted to those providers to perform that task.

Payments

When paid subscriptions are enabled, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Voxora does not require customers to send full payment-card numbers by email or support message.

Connected platforms

If you connect a social account, Voxora may process platform identifiers, permissions, publishing information, and performance data needed for the features you authorize. Supported integrations can be disconnected.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may contact us to request account or data deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Security

Voxora uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and business information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as Voxora adds or changes features, integrations, and commercial services. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
